My name is Cecilie, and I am a person who loves to create and illustrate. I grew up in a small village in Norway. I did not have too many friends, and always struggled with school. I was impossible with homework, would always fidget and often found myself lost in long-lasting daydreams. However: the act of creation was a passion that always kept me grounded and focused.

My passion for art came from a place of seeking comfort, while simultaneously giving me room to explore and further push myself. Even as a child—I loved experimenting with different styles and mediums, and I today pride myself with my versatility in art.

Pushing myself to go outside my comfort-zone also meant touching on topics that are controversial in nature. My morbid curiosity and love for horror made me pursue these topics in art. I find humor in them, thus I love making my artwork almost somewhat comedic.
